By saying he was out of the country on vacation? I'm basing that off his own YouTube videos he uploaded.
Why? He logs in to XF every day... Having $5k seems like it would be enough motivation to communicate, and not expect others to contact you.
He doesn't care. Obviously. He has the money now, why should he.
I have contacted him several times in PC (one for a custom work, one other for asking him if i can join the "expired" crowfund)...he never responds.

Incorrect, he has a private work space on one of my servers for the development.
So you can tell us if a beta is under construction ?!

All I will say is, the work space has a forum installed and in use.. Beyond that, it's up to the developer to disclose what phase or changes they have made.
I think that Azhria means a private forum for the beta testers...
Private workspace isn't a private beta testing forum for the people who've given him money.
