Just like facebook, instagram and twitter, we can also have verified accounts. Users who provide their credentials can have this feature so I can privde them full access to second hand section etc.

There's somewhat of an addon available that does this by putting icons next to usernames. It would be up to you to signify which icon means what, though.
With the suggestion I made, which has yet to be implemented, it would make it a lot easier to identify which icon means what (verified, admin, donor, etc.--essentially making banners for staff only as you can have a $ sign as an icon for a donor too).

But, without the suggestion implemented, all you need to do is create a "help" page to tell your users which icon means what.
Then, just add those icons to the groups you wish to have them (verified user group as "V" and that user group can have access to what you provide).
The tooltip would work wonders over a help page if there are more than 1 icon though...
