XenForo Renewal Issue

I'm attempting to renew our license before it expires, and I'm running into an issue.

I select the license and click the "renew" button, then accept the terms. On the checkout page, I can "Pay with Link", there's a text field which I can't enter anything in, and there's the "or pay with PayPal" link. If I use the PayPal link, I get the following:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
Please choose a valid payment profile to continue with your purchase.

How do we choose a valid payment profile?

The PayPal button should work now, still investigating the Stripe issue.

The Stripe issue is fixed.

PayPal worked, but I tried the Stripe field before that and it wouldn't submit. (I did not attempt to use the "save with Link" field that appeared.)
