Redactor by it's self uses html code, however in XenForo it does indeed use bb code.do you know if redactor has bbcode, can't find it in the docs? Where is the bbcode parsing?

This add-on will help you add new bb code (and buttons) if that is your goal

The XenForo editor does use HTML. It is translated to BBCode (when possible) upon submission or when switching to the BBcode editor. HTML typed into the editor will not be displayed as HTML.
You don't want arbitrary HTML to be permitted on a site.
Bummer....
To allow html in posts:
To use the default XenForo Editor (or CK Editor) to edit html pages:

- http://xenforo.com/community/resources/bbcodes-buttons-manager.1731/ (raw bbcode - experimental)
The one called "raw" (as stated in my previous post). If it doesn't work for you, you should try to save up to buy the Luke application.I don't have any money atm. lol which one is the bbcode for the bbcodes button manager? I have the addon installed BTW.
Well, I was trollingWhy would you think a cms is coming? Has there been any indication that a CMS will be arriving?
Well, I was trolling. I'm sure a lot of webmasters here would love to see an official CMS being released that would make xF a complete pack for many websites. On CrazyEngineers; we're trusting xF for all our future growths and have been developing our own add-ons to suit our needs. CMS is something I believe should be a part of core software. Of course, I'm aware that KAM may not think on similar lines.
xenForo already has out-innovated rivals and if it's to grow and continue innovating; CMS may be the next logical step (so is gallery, blog or whatever). I hope Kier will surprise us with his 'Have You Seen?' video![]()
