I am looking for an experienced XenForo professional to assist with a long-term community platform project.
This is not a simple forum installation. We are looking for someone who can help us think through architecture, implementation, customization, scalability, and long-term evolution of the platform.
The project is currently in the planning phase. Forum structure and operating guidelines are being finalized before implementation begins.
We are interested in speaking with people who may fit one or more of the following roles:
• Platform architecture
• Scalability
• Security
• Hosting
• Permissions
• Add-on strategy
• Long-term technical direction
• XenForo setup and configuration
• Theme implementation
• Add-on evaluation and integration

Our objective is to build a modern community platform rather than simply launch a traditional forum.

• Recommended discussions
• Better onboarding experiences
• Topic-specific email digests
• Trending content discovery
• News-to-forum integration
• Reputation and expert systems
• AI-assisted content discovery (future phase)

A little background: I have been involved in online businesses and online communities for more than 20 years and have extensive experience managing and growing large discussion communities. While I have previous experience as an administrator of a large vBulletin community, this will be my first major project on XenForo.
