@hasanakyuz Most likely you are running an outdated version. Purchase a legit license, apply the package and if it has any issue, we'll fix it.

Correction: I meant the profile tab isn't showing up.

Edit: I see now, the template modifications were disabled by default. Another question though: how can a user access feedback preferences other than through the nav tab? Can they get to it through their account preferences?

Appearance > Template modifications > XenCentral Feedback System category > it's one of the disabled ones here, so try just turning them all on
