I'm gonna unistall this addon; Xen Media Gallery from my site...this bug made me crazy...And I will use another album mod "User Albums"

No...This mod owner been online but not said to me anything; you must give me a little time or nothing else...they are just ignored...do not judge me please....
I saw his reply when I did low rate fo his addon...shame...

The problem is related to not having Friendly URLs enabled.

Chris is aware but is out of the office so a fix may not be as quick as you would like.

kardes online olup ta kullaniciya ihtiyac duydugu destegi verilemedigi durumlar olabiliyor. mesela ben su an tabletten yaziyorum, bana demis olsaydin destek verecek araclara erisimim olmadigi icin geri cevirecektim. paul hasta oldugunu, destek konusunu acali bir gun bile olmadigini, yapimcinin da ofiste olmadigi icin yanit veremedigini soylemis. az once de sorunun dost url acik olmadigi icin gerceklestigini ifade etmis.

biraz zaman tani adamlara, eklentiyi etkisizlestir. sorunu giderdikleri zaman tekrar acarsin.
 
In response to your accusation here and also here, while I can surely understand the frustration you can have when something is not working, this was not life & death (your site was online), and you gave less than a day before you cried foul.

And it wasn't as if you were totally ignored, MattW, was good enough to try to help you (even though he's not support there, I don't think). So you had some community involvement as well (for support).

I think others here are going to side with Brogan on this, as do I (agree with him). Your review seemed a little rushed & you need to learn a little patience. Developers are people too and can't always be at their computer desk 24 / 7 (all day). The support team is only 2 people after all. And while that maybe frustrating to you, this really wasn't life or death.
 
For anyone else suffering the same problem, enabling Friendly URLs will resolve it until Chris is back to the office and has a chance to issue a fix.
 
Nope, just a paying customer.....same as on here, where I try and help out as much as possible.

It's one of the things that make XenForo so great. The community here is very informative and helpful, which encourages others to be informative and helpful.

I have to give Kudo's for the support. I purchased it... installed and then went to play with embedding some YouTube videos. They would not embed (just kept the "busy" bar in the upper right corner flashing). After checking all the logs and not finding anything posted in the support forum. Short time later Chris responded and after checking the Javascript errors determined it was not the add-on. Turns out it was another add-on conflicting. Removed that one (which wasn't that important) and it was all hunky-dory. I couldn't ask for better support than that - and it is why when I see it's coded by Chris the only thing I wonder is "How can I fit this into my forum some way" :p.
Chris, thanks for the support and the fantastic addition to my site!
