Since I’ve used xF on my forum, I’ve had the same text in the Conversations that go out anytime someone is issued a warning.
Last night one of our Admins changed the text for the Conversation that’s started when a warning is issued, and this has saved successfully, in that whenever I go into AdminCP and view the warnings I can see the new text he has input.
However whenever you issue a warning, it still uses the old text, even though, to my knowledge, that old text isn’t visble anywhere.
Can anyone advise why this is, and where it’s getting the old text from so I can change it?
Edit: having played around, it updates the default Conversation subject but the text of the Conversation will simply not change.
