XF 1.5 Verifying Bounced Email is Working

Is there a way to verify if the bounced email setup is working?

We always got 1-2 bounces per day prior to setting it up, now we don't get anything, and there does not appear to be any users awaiting confirmation, which is extremely usual that this is working that perfect.

Easiest approach would be to register an account with a known bogus email and see if an entry shows up in the log (it make take an hour).

I did so, but nothing is showing up in the logs... I can only assume we have something setup incorrectly.
