Lack of interest Usergroup Permission to display content

Many of the usergroup permissions in XenForo are based on viewing or functionality. For example permission to view or edit signature.
For boards that want to give features to premium members, it is needed to have usergroup permissions to display content.
For example:

• display signature
• display thread
  
• display profile
• display poll
• display sticky
  
• display resource
  
• display featured resource
• display media
• display album
• display addon content X
  
• etc

The concept is that if a user is NOT is the usergroup with a permission like this, then their content will not be displayed. This allows us to let members pay to show their content.
