Ok, pardon my ignorance, but I am an uber novice at all of this.
I uninstalled what I had and installed "[RT] User Rank RIbbons (15, w/TMS) 2.2.2"
What is my next step to get this to work? Have looked at the directions several times and obviously something isn't registering! Guess I am a 'tard!

You need to install TMS like the installation guide says here.

I got them to work. I switched to addon-UserRankRibbons(35, no TMS) and they work like a charm!

I'm still having problems with changes 'sticking'. When I enable user ribbons and customize one, click save, the page refreshes and all check boxes are unticked.

Been trying to get this to work for quite some time now.

Try increasing it to 3000 or 5000.

It seems that the phrases hasn't been imported. Try upgradeing it with the same XML.

I recommend that you uninstall the one you have installed now then installing this version.
