XF 1.4 User Group Promotion Cron, must have deleted?

How do I set up the cron ID for user group promotions? I must have deleted it

Rebuild Master Data:

Go to: http://yoursite.com/install and click the button: "Rebuild Master Data"

That should reinsert the default Cron entries, I believe.
