I’ve set up a user group called ‘example’ and assigned the title ‘example’ to this group. I configured a user promotion rule that automatically promotes members to the ‘example’ group after they make ten posts, moving them from the default ‘registered’ group. The promotion works as expected, with users being moved to the ‘example’ group once they reach ten posts. However, there’s an issue with the user titles. I’ve set the user title to ‘newbie’ for the ‘registered’ group and ‘member’ for the ‘example’ group. After the promotion, users are successfully added to the ‘example’ group, but their title still shows as ‘newbie’ instead of changing to ‘member.’ How can I ensure that the user title updates correctly after promotion? What am I doing wrong? Thanks
