XF 1.2 User Gets 'You Must Be Logged In..." Error While Viewing Alerts

One of our members reported that he's having trouble staying logged in to the system. I asked him to check whether the issue reappears when using incognito mode in Chrome and he sent me following screenshot -



I haven't faced this issue myself and no other member has reported this so far. Is this a browser problem or something I need to fix?

If it's just him, it's likely something on his end - it's hard to say, as there could be a couple possibilities. Selecting "Stay logged in" may help.

Probably something in his browser that's flushing his cookies (like some overly paranoid anti-virus system)...

I've asked him to check with Firefox and IE.
