As designed URL for board inside ACP header is not Board URL

If your /admin.php?options/list/basicBoard Board URL is http://domain.com and you access your ACP via httpS://domain.com/admin.php, then the link to your board in the ACP is for https and not http as defined in Board URL.

href for the link is "./", and should probably be FQDN Board URL.

This is really intentional. The board URL is mostly for emails; if you're accessing via a particular method, we don't enforce the board URL on you.
