This is the error message you get wen you go to the direct pic URL:

So it seems, the pics are not being uploaded????
I've not made any changes and I haven't added any new add-on since some weeks. It was a permissions issue last time.
Very strange, I disabled Friendly URLS and everything is working again.Your server doesn't seem to be setup to allow full friendly URLs. Try disabling them to regain a working site.
Are you on a shared host? If so, have they done any updates recently?Very strange, I disabled Friendly URLS and everything is working again.
But I've had Friendly URLs enabled since over a year and never had any problems until tonight.
What could have caused this? Because I want to re-enable the option.

Yes, I'm on VPS and not that I know of.Are you on a shared host? If so, have they done any updates recently?
VPS doesn't classify as a shared host.Yes, I'm on VPS and not that I know of.
Thanks! That fixed the issue….Delete your old .htaccess, rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess and turn on friendly url's again. If it still doesn't work. Then it's host related with Apache re-write not working correctly.
I haven't deleted it…. I've just renamed it to ".htaccess-" and changed "htaccess.txt" to ".htaccess"Its still required. It seems like that file someone became corrupted and the rewrite rules no longer functioned correctly.
It's not really a new fresh version…. It's just the htaccess.txt file which I had on my server for nearly 2 years. Just renamed that.Exactly what you did. You removed the original .htaccess (by renaming it to .htaccess-) and replaced it with a new, fresh version. Something within the old .htacess has started to fail, for whatever reason.
Thanks! That fixed the issue….
The .htaccess has always been on the server, how comes it's not required all of a sudden?
