XF 2.3 Unable to download importers

I've opened a XenForo Cloud account and paid the invoice. I have an account token and verified that it and the license are pointed to my domain.

I am looking for the importer for SMF to XenForo, but when I click the importers section on the site it takes me to my account page. My account page does not have a downloads section or an area that I can see to add any importers. I'm sure it's just a new guy problem. Any pointers?

Xenforo offers importing into their cloud for a fee, and does not make importing available to cloud-end users. Allowing you to do imports yourself would require giving you access to their database server and file system.

The importers add-on is for the self-hosted license.

Ah, ok. That wasn't clear to me. I submitted a request for pricing, but given that it's bucketed in the Enterprise section I'd imagine that's not going to be affordable.

The last time i asked this i was told it was a one off fee of $120
