Unable to download any addon resource

Hi,
recently I've purchased XenForo,
next while trying to purchase add-on (ex: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/th-donate.6329/ ) , it's showing me "No permission to buy ($25.00) " .

Is there any issue , or i need to do something else to gain such permission ?
