We can point you to the tools to help with redirects but we can only help when there's an ID in place. Other situations may require manual work or custom scripts.

At this point we only accept PayPal in terms of online payments. Bank transfer is another option; please contact us (http://xenforo.com/contact/) to arrange that.

Note that PayPal does accept credit card payments without an account.
