Hi, we have started using Sucuri WAF. After that, people can not reach Xenforo via TTNET ISP.

I have two ISPs. One is Uydunet and the other is TTNET. Both can reach the site but TTNET can nbot reach forum and recieve Internal 500 error.

    Here is the htaccess:

    Code:
    # Mod_security can interfere with uploading of content such as attachments. If you
    # cannot attach files, remove the "#" from the lines below.
    #<IfModule mod_security.c>
    # SecFilterEngine Off
    # SecFilterScanPOST Off
    #</IfModule>

    ErrorDocument 403 default

        RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on

        # If you are having problems with the rewrite rules, remove the "#" from the
        # line that begins "RewriteBase" below. You will also have to change the path
        # of the rewrite to reflect the path to your XenForo installation.
        #RewriteBase /xenforo

        # This line may be needed to enable WebDAV editing with PHP as a CGI.

You will need to check the server error log to see what is the cause of the 500 error.

Where is the log ? I have access to WHM and SSH.

The error log is typically in /var/log/httpd or similar.

I can not reach it with another ISP. Gives Internal 500 server error.

You will need to enable logging on the server to determine what is causing it.

Problem solved. It was beacuse of the Discourage feature. One of the IP's was in the list and it was being blocked.
