Hello Folks,
Greetings and trust you're all doing great
.
I'm in a bit of a fix here. I've been having this error on my Forum for some time now, and anytime it pops up, my website becomes unavailable until i restart the server, and everything comes back to normal
So I decided to migrate my forum to a new server, but I'm stuck with the database. It keeps throwing this error message
I have tried importing via Phpmyadmin, command line and even splitted the sql file, same issues still. The SQL file isn't very large, it's just 30.2MB. Has anyone ever faced and successfully resolved issues like this?

Edward Iordanescu’s squad finished at the top of a very competitive Group E, earning them a matchup against the Dutch, who unexpectedly ended up third in Group D.\n\nIn a historic first for the European Championships, all four teams in Group E, Romania, Ukraine, Belgium, and Slovakia ended up with the same number of points, each having one win, one draw, and one loss.\n \nRomania emerged victorious due to their superior goal tally, which included a remarkable three-goal victory over Ukraine and a crucial draw against Slovakia, highlighted by Razvan Marin’s second goal of the tournament from a penalty.\n\nThis achievement marks Romania\'s return to the knockout stages of a major tournament after 24 years, last advancing beyond the group stage in the 2000 European Championships.\n\n They bypassed the last-16 round then, going directly to the quarter-finals where they were defeated by Italy. Romania has historically struggled at this stage, having been eliminated in the round of 16 in the World Cups of 1934, 1938, 1990, and 1998.\n\nDespite only one win in their last seven matches across all tournaments, Romania remains hopeful as they face a Dutch team that hasn\'t lived up to expectations so far.\n\n The Netherlands, led by Ronald Koeman, had a mixed group stage performance. They relied on Wout Weghorst to complete a comeback against Poland, experienced controversy with a disallowed Xavi Simons goal in a draw against France, and lost 3-2 to Austria after twice equalizing.\n\nThe Dutch, however, can take solace in avoiding the stronger knockout bracket that includes Belgium, Spain, Germany, and Portugal. They are also the only team left in their path that has previously won the men’s European Championship. Historically, the Netherlands has dominated Romania, losing only once in their last 13 encounters, a 1-0 defeat in a Euro 2008 qualifier, which they avenged with a 2-0 win in the finals that year.\nINJURIES & SUSPENSIONS
\nRomania\'s coach Iordanescu has to make an unexpected change to his defense, as left-back Nicusor Bancu is suspended due to accumulating yellow cards, with his second caution coming in the group stage match against Slovakia. Right-back Vasile Mogos and the more attack-minded Deian Sorescu are the top candidates to fill in for Bancu, with Mogos likely getting the nod due to his defensive skills, which would result in Andrei Ratiu shifting to the left side.\n\nOn a positive note, two-goal scorer Razvan Marin is back in full training after a brief break due to fatigue. This gives Iordanescu a pleasant selection headache for the attack, as Ianis Hagi, Dennis Man, Florinel Coman, and Valentin Mihaila are all competing for two positions flanking Denis Dragus.\n\nMeanwhile, the Netherlands have a full squad available for their match in Munich, though a tactical shift in midfield is anticipated. Joey Veerman, who was substituted after just 35 minutes in their final group game against Austria, is expected to make way for the returning Xavi Simons. This change would see Tijjani Reijnders move to a deeper role alongside Jerdy Schouten, who will face suspension if he receives another yellow card on Tuesday.\n\nStriker Joshua Zirkzee is back in full training after a brief illness, but Memphis Depay, who recently scored his first goal of the tournament, is likely to retain his starting spot as he continues his pursuit of Robin van Persie\'s record of 50 goals for the national team.\nPOSSIBLE LINE-UPS
\nRomania possible starting lineup:\nNita; Mogos, Dragusin, Burca, Ratiu; R. Marin, S. Marin, Stanciu; Hagi, Dragus, Coman\n\nNetherlands possible starting lineup:\nVerbruggen; Dumfries, De Vrij, Van Dijk, Ake; Reijnders, Schouten; Frimpong, Simons, Gakpo; Depay\nEXPERT PREDICTIONS
\n\n\nDespite Romania\'s commendable efforts, their disappointing loss to a lackluster Belgium team revealed their vulnerabilities, which stronger teams can exploit. Their initial victory over Ukraine was aided by two goalkeeping mistakes.\n\nThe Netherlands, although not yet at their best, have a dynamic attack under Koeman that is expected to prevail. This should set them up for a quarter-final clash against either Turkey or their group-stage opponents, Austria.', 28783, 'visible', 0, 0, 0x5b5d, 1, 0x7b2231223a317d, 0x5b7b22757365725f6964223a323131342c22757365726e616d65223a22536b696c6c66756c222c227265616374696f6e5f6964223a317d5d, 0, 0, 0, '', 0, 0, 0, 0x5b5d),Netherlands 2-1 Romania

The winner will advance to the quarter-finals to play either the Netherlands or Romania.\n\nAustria, one of Europe\'s in-form teams, topped Group D by defeating the Netherlands 3-2 in an exciting match at Berlin\'s Olympiastadion. Ralf Rangnick\'s squad, placed in a tough group with the Netherlands and favorites France, secured six points out of a possible nine, finishing ahead of Les Bleus, who drew 1-1 with an already-eliminated Poland. Austria captain Marcel Sabitzer scored an 80th-minute winner to clinch first place after an initial defeat to France and a 3-1 victory over Poland.\n\nThis marks a significant achievement for Austria, who previously failed to advance past the group stage in their first two Euros in 2008 and 2016. Now in the knockout phase of a major tournament for only the fourth time, Austria aims to reach their first European Championship quarter-final, having won 14 of their last 19 matches, losing just twice since Rangnick took charge in June 2022.\n\nIn a friendly match earlier this year, Austria defeated Turkey 6-1 in Vienna, with Michael Gregoritsch scoring a hat-trick. However, in competitive matches, Turkey remains unbeaten in their last five games against Austria, with their last encounter ending in a 0-0 draw during Euro 2012 qualifying.\n\nTurkey\'s dramatic 2-1 win over the Czech Republic in their final Group F game secured their spot in the last 16. Veteran striker Cenk Tosun scored in second-half stoppage time to ensure their progress.\n\n Despite knowing a draw would suffice and playing most of the match with a one-man advantage, Turkey faced a tense situation after conceding a goal following Hakan Calhanoglu\'s 51st-minute strike. Tosun\'s late goal not only sparked chaos but also helped Turkey finish second in the group after a 3-1 win over Georgia and a 3-0 loss to Portugal.\n\nLed by Vincenzo Montella, Turkey\'s youthful squad, averaging the second-youngest starting XI during the group stage, has advanced to the latter stages of the Euros for the third time ever and the first since 2008, when they reached the semi-finals.\n\n Despite Austria\'s proximity to the host nation, Turkey is expected to have strong support from the many Turkish emigrants who have settled in Germany over the past 60 years.\nINJURIES & SUSPENSIONS
\nRalf Rangnick\'s return to Leipzig, where he enjoyed several successful years as a coach and advisor, will see the 66-year-old make at least one change to his winning team, as Wolfsburg winger Patrick Wimmer is suspended. Either Konrad Laimer or Christoph Baumgartner, who has been involved in nine goals in his last eight international appearances, is expected to step up from the bench.\n\nIn attack, record caps-holder Marko Arnautovic will compete with Michael Gregoritsch to lead the line, while in central defense, any two from Max Wober, Kevin Danso, Gernot Trauner, and Philipp Lienhart could start.\n\nOn the Turkish side, Vincenzo Montella will be without captain Hakan Calhanoglu and center-back Samet Akaydin, both suspended due to yellow card accumulation. Abdulkerim Bardakci, returning from suspension, is likely to partner with Merih Demiral in central defense. In midfield, Okay Yokuslu, Kaan Ayhan, and Orkun Kokcu are in contention to replace Calhanoglu.\n\nFirst-choice goalkeeper Mert Gunok, who missed the match against Portugal due to a knee injury, has returned to training and is expected to start. If Juventus star Kenan Yildiz (19 years and 59 days) and Real Madrid\'s Arda Guler (19 years and 128 days) are both selected, it will mark only the second time a nation has started two teenagers in a knockout game at the Euros, the first being in 1964.\nPOSSIBLE LINE-UPS
\nAustria possible starting lineup:\nPentz; Posch, Danso, Lienhart, Mwene; Seiwald, Grillitsch; Schmid, Baumgartner, Sabitzer; Arnautovic\n\nTurkey possible starting lineup:\nGunok; Muldur, Demiral, Bardakci, Kadioglu; Yuksek, Yokuslu; Kahveci, Guler, Yildiz; Yilmaz\nEXPERT PREDICTIONS
\n\n\nThe Turkish team boasts considerable talent capable of overcoming any opponent, yet they struggle defensively and will feel the absence of their captain in Leipzig.\n\nAustria, no longer flying under the radar, must manage heightened expectations. However, as one of the best-organized teams in the tournament, they have a strong chance of advancing to the quarter-finals.', 28784, 'visible', 0, 0, 0x5b5d, 0, 0x5b5d, 0x5b5d, 0, 0, 0, '', 0, 0, 0, 0x5b5d)<p>The dynamic response body size is over the limit, the response will be truncated by the web server.
