Any chance of adding a place to put ad invocation code between Head tags? That way I can define zones in the head tags (DFP) and then call my ad zones later.

Also, is there an easy way to use XenForo code (or something like that) to figure out what the current Forum ID is, so I can pass that into DFP to target a specific forum? Or will I have to write javascript to glean that information?

I'm running into one other problem: the ad that gets injected above the logo is pushing everything down, but some of the elements don't move. I'm not sure why.

I realize now that XenForo actually places the header further down in the code, and then absolutely positions it, and sizes it explicitly. Very annoying, but I'll have to be very careful about what I put in there, and use media queries judiciously.
