UI.X 2

UI.X 2 2.2.15.0.2

No permission to download
There is not a style property for it, but you can load them yourself. The files are available with the release, just need a link to them.

Sorry, what I was referring to was the ticket where you mentioned "Apologies, but it looks like we did not implement the local files, and are currently only using the CDN. We will be adding support in for that in the next release ". We thought by support you meant the addition of a style property of some sort. I believe you have now included the files only. Is that correct?

Was it intended to take the user stats out of their boxes in the footer area? I see it on your demo page as well, but it just seems... off.

If you're referring to the widgets, we added the ones you see in the demo to match what we offered in our Xenith 1.x version. You can easily add the default ones back by navigating to Appearance > Widgets.

Here's a strange one - is there any reason why the logo on my site (https://lonelypeople.co.uk) is smaller using Chrome than it is using Firefox and MS Edge? Basically it's literally half the size in Chrome; is there any reason for this?

;)

Does it start with https:// ?

Firefox:
Code:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to lonelypeople.co.uk. Peer reports it experienced an internal error. Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT

Edge:

Code:
Can’t connect securely to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

It did, but I've had a few problems lately with SSL certificates and the wrong price being charged - this has been refunded and the certificates removed until I get the billing sorted. I've tried it without https:// and it is accessible, but not with https:// (edit: https:// is once again enabled)

In the meantime, this is how it looks in Chrome (true size)

It appears that Chrome is literally halving the size which is 518px and in Chrome it is 259px - weird.

https:// SSL's is now sorted as of now (Sunday 6th May) :)

Is it possible to retain the sidebar for all forum pages? Apologies if it seems like a simple question - I've only just upgraded to XF2 so I'm still getting to grips on how to handle UIX.2 best on it. :)

After upgrade to 2.0.5.0 at mobile I can not see "More Options" which was at right site of "Report" section.

For Admin and Moderator it is very important to get access "More Options" menu. What is your suggestion ?

Desktop view which is normal.

One more strange changes after upgrade to 2.0.5.0.

At 2.0.4.0, by using "Link color" parameter at Basic colors section, I was able to change the color of both "Thread" names.

Here is Basic Color setting page and how thread list page

UIX Upgrade_1.webp Thread List_204.webp

After successful upgrade, although basic color parameters are same , somehow thread names return to black color, instead of red.

How can I change "thread name" color as red ?

Not sure why this could be happening but go ahead and create a ticket so that our team can take a closer look :)

Haven't had anyone report this issue but it looks like @Sebastiaan has a workaround.

Don't believe we offer a style property setting that allows you to show the sidebar on every page if that is what your looking for?
is the AD Styler coming to UI.X2?
This is something we are looking into and hope to add it to UI.X 2 in the near future. But no official ETA as to when it will be added though.

This is something that we are looking into on our issue tracker. You are able to change the thread title's unread color by navigating to Appearance > Style Properties > Discussion List > Title (unread)

Thanks for reply. I have not noticed new feature "Title (unread)". I was using some extra codes at "extra.less" template for marking unread threads. After testing it, there is no need to use extra codes any more, great well done.

Any Comment for this item

Ah, that's a shame - I'd love that to be an option to make my community look more familiar to social media users, especially with a customized sidebar.

I mean by putting a customized sidebar on every page - even better if it was customized for different areas. I'm still new to XF2 so perhaps there is actually a way to achieve that with the existing system. I just thought sidebar on all pages was a normal feature of UIX templates, that's all. :)

For some reason, I am unable to delete the 'Share this page' widget, which is located in the UI.X: Extended footer.

About a week or so before the latest update, the widget stopped displaying anything other than the widget title. After the update, the widget was still not working, so, I decided to delete the widget.

Unfortunately, I am unable to delete the widget via the Appearance > Widgets page OR the Edit widget page. The delete buttons (on both pages) AND the save button on the edit widget page are not functional. When clicking, nothing happens.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Regards
