NixFifty updated Tickets - PixelExit.com with a new update entry:

Version 1.4.2

First and foremost for customers that are upgrading, please ensure you are running 1.4.1. The installer has been greatly simplified and requires a minimum version of 1.4.1 to work its magic moving forward.

Pretty hefty stability update here with some welcome changes. I'd like to apologise for the delay in getting this out. I have recently relocated to a new city and as a first time mover, it was a challenge. :)

As a goodwill gesture, all licenses have been extended by 12 months....

Wouldn't hurt to take a backup, though we have tested the update on a few different installs with various factors. Never hurts :)

This is due to a missing step in the installer. 1.4.3 should correct this.
 
Yes that fixed it. Still getting the constant loading on ticket reply. Only when I refresh the page does it show the post has actually posted. :(:(

Still can't figure out why a ticket reply sits loading forever yet in refresh the post has actually posted.
 
Do you have any browser extension that may be affecting it like Adblock? Have you tried using a different browser?
