It's stupid though. "Block social media icons tracking". Clearly we don't do any tracking, none of these touch the share services unless you click on them.
Though we likely can't work around it sufficiently, unfortunately. We can make the share icon appear but it doesn't exactly provide much functionality with these frankly dumb content filters enabled:

It looks to me like it's just the use of 'shareButtons' in the class names, and changing these (eg. 'shareXFButtons'?) might work
