Wow their company support forums are sooooooooo sloooooooowwwww now.
...which squashes the rumor that IB will aquire XF and sell it as vB5.
This is a sign IB lost today and enabling vB5 was hammering the final nail into the coffin RIP IB once known as our beloved Jelsoft Limited.
To be fair, we have no idea what has or hasn't happened in the settlement conference as it's all confidential. For all we know, the conference has carried on into another day again - last time, we had no idea that happened until the minutes were released a few days later. No news is not necessarily bad news!Think if that was so, it would be posted on this forum by now on the 20th. The fact they haven't posted anything about what's gone on on the 20th, is more concerning.
Think if that was so, they won. It would be posted on this forum by now on the 20th by KAM themselves. The fact they haven't posted anything about what's gone on is more concerning, and IB decided to install vB5 between 13th and 20th to now showcase on vB.com itself is quite timely.
Just pointing out there are two ways of looking at it. Yes, we known nothing until something hits Pacer, although how much will hit pacer and not be classed as confidential now?
Suggesting that not hearing anything is bad is complete fud and will result in the closure of yet another thread.
Clarifying:
Not to hear anything (keeping the total silence) AFTER a settlement has been reached would suggest bad news.
True, but there is zero evidence a settlement has been reached right now. Sure if pacer comes out confirming a settlement and we hear nothing after a few days, then yes, its time to worry. Chances of this happening though (A bad settlement that is) are next to zero.Clarifying:
