The English don't speak English.

Well, I guess they do since it is called English.

It seems that the different English speaking areas of the world put a bit of their own twist on things. I guess those in the USA have butchered it the most. Heck we don't speak the same English in regions of America.

I was listing to different UK English accents then decided to listen to the Aussie ones then when searching for the Kiwi ones i ran across interesting comments.

Brilliant stuff :D. There is this one too, I've copped so much from it was thinking of putting it forward as our national anthem ;)

That was good. It was almost as hard to follow as some accents from Minnesota.

We needs some good Aussie and UK accents now.

this one is pretty good.

I had an economics professor named Chakraborty.

The first time he spoke I had to look up because I thought Sean Connery was in the room. It sounded exactly like him but I was expecting an Indian accent. The rest of the class noticed too. He said he gets it all the time. He was raised in a UK funded mission for orphans so I guess that is where the accent came from.

Apparently Kiwis sound like Aussies or Poms ... a slight s-grenade in there folks.
