non-english forums on xf.com?

As long as xenforo doesn't provide a feature to hide certain forums as user, this would be a pain because all the spanish, franch, russian, german, etc... stuff would be in the newsfeed, searchresults etc...:p

What about a subforum for "unofficial support boards for non english speakers" with "link forum nodes" to
http://xenfrench.com/
http://www.xendach.de/
http://www.xf-russia.ru/
http://www.xenfacil.com/
and all the others...

at least it would be easier to find them;)

I think people already know there are unofficial third-party xenforo sites. This suggestion is merely to provide people with a small forum here on xf.com where they can ask quick questions in their language without signing up to those third-party sites. If this suggestion is ever considered, it would be easier to hire mods for those forums. I think there are enough people who would volunteer.

Luxus I think this would quickly overspill the limits of a "quick question" and the above objections would apply.
I do not know XF finances but it's my guess that paying out for new projects /mods is unlikely given the debt load from the court case.
A section with link forums as xf_phanton suggests, would be fine; clearly stating on each link forum that the link is to an unofficial help forum, link is given as a courtesy.
