XF 2.0 deleting the english language

We have add translation to our forum and Im wondring if deleting the orignal language will have an affect on the forum or not.

Nope it’s fine. You can always recreate it by creating a new language with no parent.

Maybe implementing User Selectable Languages would give a more elegant solution to the problem.
