"The Board URL option does not match the site URL configured for your license."

You need to ensure that the license has the correct URL associated with it and to only use the license files on that site.

If you have multiple licenses you can't use the same files for every site, or use the files one site on another and vice versa.
Thanks,
Reasonably sure the correct files were applied, I will check with @Hobbes as he purchased the licenses. We are definitely aware of the need for separate license for each!
Thanks for getting back.

Hey Brogan, we're still getting the error that our license is not valid. Here's the steps that were taken:

We were on version 1.5.7 with old (valid) license.
We hired a contractor to upgrade us to 2.1.4. I believe that the installation files were downloaded from our other license (our mistake, we didn't realize the installation file download was tied to that specific license before finding this thread, argh.)
We then downloaded the 2.1.4 update files (just the upgrade files, not the full version install files) using the CORRECT license (pointed to the domain it's installed on) and overwrote the files (per the instructions of this thread.) It's still saying it's an invalid license though?

Any thoughts on what we're missing? Or things to try?
