Lol... I didn't start until way after you went to bed. The actual conversion took 2-3 hours (an hour of that was testing stuff after it was done).

There's a lot of little things here and there I've been fixing now that it's live though.
Woah !! how did you do it so fast ? I have about 1.8 million posts and 60k users. It took me about 6 hours....
P.s Congrats :)

You can add a lot of style without adding any "weight" at all, and still have it super fast, just a lot more unique and attractive.

For example, the greens that you are using do not really look that good together, you have blue hued greens in the header and footer areas, and more yellow hued greens in the body. The default border-radius on everything looks pretty tired now we have all seen it a billion times, lots of little tweaks could be made to improve the appearance and make it more appealing.

I do know that functionality is your #1 focus, and appreciate that, however a *little* bit of style never hurt functionality :)
I totally agree... the bigger issue is that right *now* I need to be spending my time actually fixing broken functionality before I start in on nitpicking the style (knowing how I am, I'll literally spend days going over every little thing). Like our Keyword Tracker wasn't allowing new users to create a new group (required in order to *use* it), Banner ads being uploaded to Digital Point Ads was just "losing" the newly uploaded banner images into la-la land, etc.

The stuff that actually affects the functionality of the site has priority right now. Like I need to figure out why some users can't upload files to the digital goods marketplace next.

But yeah, trust me... once things settle down, I'll be diving into every little annoying aspect of the style. If something looks weird to me with a 1px misalignment or anything else like that, I'll fix it.

Some stuff is easy here and there while I'm on a break from the important style... made the quote/code background colors less pronounced, changed font for posts, increased min-height of post, changed the stats under people's avatars on posts to have the value be on the same line as the label, etc... But again, the focus right now is fixing broken functionality.

Roger that! Pleased to hear you will be tweaking it in the future, and of course, actual issues should be addressed first, that has to be your priority right now, it has been a huge amount of work to get where you are now I know!

When you get around to doing it, if you wanted someone to kick ideas around with, or a second opinion on anything, then I would be happy to give you my thoughts.

I think the images you posted before of your private beta site had different look....

Updated That should be the list fully up to date now, at least from what I've been told. A few sites in the ranked section have increased in size, one or two have changed category and of course the inclusion of digitalpoint in the top category.
