It would be great if the contact us button which currently generates an email would also generate a ticket similar to the Reported Post interface. Ideally the Contact Us would have a drop down where the user selects the nature of their contact request, such as 'feedback', 'login', 'advertising', 'link swap' etc. Depending on the selected type, it would be posted into a different queue. Queue's would have permissions and could be serviced by different levels of staff. The nature of the ticket system would avoid duplication of work.
