Duplicate Spinbox not showing number when using Chrome

When dealing with anything say adding options to an option group or Widget location, any time there are 2 columns of locations, the second column spinbox works but you can't see the number.

I have discovered this is XF2 working with Chrome, I have disabled my extensions and the issue still remains. I have disabled my addons and the issue is there. When I open my admin panel in Firefox everything works fine.
