XF 1.5 Spam Log Missing on User Approvals

I have stop forum spam enabled and I have self-verification enabled for new registrants, but I am now seeing users that are getting stopped during registration show up in my approval list - and they have no "reason" listed. Example below showing one with a reason and another (which I've never seen this before) with no reason.

Is something changed? What do I do with these?

That top example is nearly 2 months old. The spam log data is only kept for 30 days. Beyond that, nothing will be displayed. You would need to make a judgement call with the data that is in the account (such as where the IP resolves to) -- or, given the age, you could make an equal argument for just arbitrarily accepting or rejecting the user.
