I'm encountering an issue with @Naz 's Tickets:
Every time a member opens a ticket it automatically creates a thread with a link to the ticket. In most cases the member is new so this is then automatically sent to moderation because its a link posted by a new member. The ticket is often also moderated if the member includes links.

How can I prevent this from happening?

I have set the setting 'Link Spam checker: Default action (by content type)' to Allowed for ticket and ticket message. But no dice.

The Tickets addon sets the 'automated flag' and doesn't spam-check thread threads it creates. Do you have any custom addons which may be touching moderation-like things?

Mhm. Apparently I jumped the gun. Cleantalk is still uninstalled and I have moderated tickets and ticket discussions again, because the user posted links in the ticket.
I dont see what addons could touch moderation, except yours. I have sent you my list of addons in a tickets.

For multiple account reports, it would be incredibly handy to have a quick actions for:
  • Merge account A into B.
It would also be very useful to display in the report:
  1. email
  2. user state (valid, bounced, etc)
  3. join date (so we can see which account was registered first)
  4. DoB

This add-on only runs if XF's spam checks run, and the Ticket's thread creation doesn't invoke XF's spam checker.

I have this addon(default settings)+ Cloudflare Turnstile and I still have a significant amount of bots coming through, what settings would you recommend changing? There's so much to change that I'm not sure where to start.

My recommendation is to make sure the getipintel option is configured (it should be by default), and that the [SignupAbuse] Banning ASN permission is assigned (it is assigned by default to the default "Administrating" user-group) to whoever approves users caught in the approval queue.

Use the IP Intel option to identify high risk unknown ISPs, then check the IP information and if it is a hosting/vpn/datacentre provider ban the entire ISP from registering. This will quickly cull the majority of spam providers which largely use these services.

I probably need todo an update of the default ASN/ISP block-lists at some stage again.
