XF 1.4 Set poll options to only be selected once

Is there a way to make it where each poll option can only be selected once, and is then no longer allowed to be selected? Thanks for any suggestions!

Example:
User A votes for poll option 1
User B is no longer able to vote for option 1, and must choose another option

It also wouldn't be classed as a poll in that case.
