Implemented Selective Quoting alterations.

A couple of immediate thoughts.

Change the text that pops up when selecting the text to just "Quote" and "Multi Quote". (Cut down the size as default).

So after watching Kiers updated video, it seems that it feels not the size of the text, but rather how the popup requires you to move your mouse all the way to the edge of the screen if its quoting all the way to the end of the post box.

Maybe change the popup to appear at the middle / left of the cursor opposed to the right?
