RM 1.1 Resource description too long error

When adding a new Resource, I get the following message:

The following error occurred:
The submitted message is too long to be processed. Please shorten it.

I couldn't identify a maximum for the resource description. What is it? Can it be lengthened?

I believe it's linked to the general post character limit in Options -> Messages.
