I made a test request to you and checked the logs. IP address is blocked from Microsoft for some reason. I sent them an unlock request

That could also be me and my server settings. Time will tell. if you get a resolution from them and I don't get the email we'll know for sure. This will be interesting either way.

In the meantime I completed the purchase and have downloaded/installed the rep system I'll go through and set it all up today.

As they said, after 30 minutes they should unlock and remove my ip address from the filters. As the time comes I will send you a test message from the forum for verification. And I will write here a message about the successful sending.

All of those are fine. Though I'm not sure how you could give me a $15 discount since I already paid using PayPal.

It's great, I have an example on a busy forum if you want to message me to see the URL.

@kick I'm not sure if at all realistic/possible, but the ability for members to opt out entirely of receiving or giving rep would be great for our community.
