As designed Receiving an alert to an unviewable forum

If you move a user's post to a new thread, they will receive an alert informing them their post was moved.

This is true even if the new thread is within a forum of which they are not permissible.

(Perhaps the alert should not be generated in this case, although I would understand if this was 'as designed', simply because if you were to move multiple posts from many different users, checks for each user would need to be performed as to whether they had permission to view said thread in said forum.)

Note that the thread starter will see this alert even if they can no longer view their thread.
