RM 2.2 Re upload Resources from Backup

I ask myself if its possible to re upload some resources that are stored on a full ftp backup.
I do backups of my complete filesystem every week.
For some weeks i crash my forum and i restored it to an older point where some resources are not uploaded yet.
But now i have manually re upload some resources (round about 150). But i need about 200 more that are stored on an specific backup.
Now i need the folder destination of where the resources are located / stored.

every resource has an resource icon assigned to it.
So where do i need to go to find the resources on my backups ?
I saw a thread here where brogan says its stored in Internal_Data
But where exactly ? And have the resource icons other folders?

Would be awesome to know where i can find it to restore some of my resources.
I think it should work when i copy them over to my actual forum (its the same filesystem / same addons / same everything)

The resources are store as .data files with a hash code. If the hash code can't be find in your xfrm_resources database table, it will be hard to automatically reupload the resources.
