XF 2.0 How can I retrieve extra.css from backup ?

Hello guys.

I have upgraded my forum from 1.5 to 2.0.11 and I'm trying to find extra.css from my backup files to get many prefixes customizations I had before and port them to extra.less. I have found a thread saying that its not a physical file, so, how can I retrieve the needed information whitout giving up my upgrade proccess?

PS. As I noob, I would have saved it apart of I had this information on upgrading manual

there is no extra.css now is extra.less

If you have a database backup: Yes: It's in table xf_template.

Yeah, I see that. I need to get it from extra.css from my backup and out it in extra.less..
