Hot fix for PHP 5.4. If you are use PHP 5.5. or higher you can ignore this version.

- Added option to disable guest create thread
- Using default guest reply to thread if you allowed in the permissions: 'Post replies' in guest group.
I wish there was an option to enable this for all forums instead of selecting each forum manually.
