I noticed Preferences do now have one overlay, but it's also having one different behavior when saving changes, with overlay or not.

In all other settings pages, it displays the Ajax Loading and then "Your changes have been saved." in the page top.

It is a minor thing, but the Preferences page don't, it's only refreshing the page on save.

This is as designed, as there are several things on that page that affect very fundamental things (language and style for example).

Maybe just show the overlay 'Settings saved' and then refresh the page. Because it's actually very confusing, you don't get any kind of message that settings were updated.

Yes @Mike could make it to behave like some things around admin cp, it shows the Settings saved message and refresh.
