I can't save or make changes to my forum

Hi, my forum hosts namecheap.com and I'm having trouble saving style settings, I don't know if I need to activate it in my cpanel.
Tried with another hosting company other than namecheap.com and the xenforo script works normally, but not on namecheap.com. I want help

I believe this to be a ModSecurity issue and you host needs to whitelist the rule, contact them and they can look the rule up if you tell them the time it happened.

This comes up time and time again so a sticky thread is in order. If you encounter this error message and you are using a computer (rather than a mobile device), access the browser console (F12 if using Windows / Chrome). Select the Console tab and there should be an error message displayed...

As it works on a different host, it's clearly a server issue.

I do believe its a modsec issue. We have namecheap and had to whitelist a few rules to be able to edit templates.
