Possibility to create Tables?

Hello, i want to know if there is a possibility to create tables like excel or better with the possibility to introduce images inside the table ? I see that Resource Manager, is practically the same that creating a thread. There is no much tools to do something else.

Also, there is no chance to write something beside an image?
