Duplicate Poll for messages

As you know, we can already add polls for threads. However, we cannot add polls to messages. I think we need message polls.

I wouldn't be opposed to this idea, if it can be controlled. An ability to turn on polls per thread, with it off by default. I can see people spamming it otherwise.

Of course, there will be some permissions and node-based activation / deactivation settings. That kind of part goes into detail. That's why I haven't mentioned much.

Yes, exactly. I mean posts. I didn't think the "messages" could be misunderstood.

I feel the way xenforo makes polls is outdated. It would be more flexible if it's possible to create a poll in each post just like in the pic above.

Sorry, I couldn't find the old thread due to a wrong search.

Polls are now their own thread-type (via tab), so I would venture to say they actually went in the other direction and this is unlikely to be implemented.
