I'm planning to set up a contributing member scheme (i.e. paid user upgrades) so members can contribute financially to the costs of running the forum. (It's a not-for-profit forum, and we don't do ads, so this seems like the way to go.)
What sort of perks / advantages do other admins offer? I like the idea of displaying contributing members' tweets somewhere prominently on the forum, like I've seen on the forum at digitalpoint.com. (Though not exactly sure how to do it, technically speaking!)
Any other ideas?
