XF 2.2 Page could not be loaded

Hello

I have this problem sometimes when i acces my forum . I need to refresh or restart my modem . Me and few users also have same problem . Firewall server are deactivated and cloudflare are ok .

Any idea !?

On console i get this :

Unchecked runtime.lastError: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received
/favicon.ico:1          Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Some of my users are getting this frequently on a recently-upgraded XF 2.2.16 site.

The URL to the error page: index.php?sw/offline

I use Cloudflare, if that matters.

Very frustrating as this did not happen in XF 1.5.x — any help with this? Thanks.

To follow up on my report above - another screen shot from a user who is getting frequent connectivity issues on my XF 2.2.16 install.

Sometimes the page will partially load like this. After several refresh attempts it will load the page.

Can someone help with this please. I have some very frustrated users and I don't know what is happening here or how to help them.
