We recently moved our forums to the XenForo cloud offering. After the move was completed two of our users complained they could no longer access the site. They were getting the "Page could not be Loaded" error message consistently. They can use a VPN for a few minutes to post a message or read a thread, but then the error message returns.
All of the remaining users have not reported any problems with access, and are thrilled with the performance of the XenForo cloud offering.
I'm at a loss to discover what their problem is, and what to recommend as solutions.
